Summit Residency, a 3 Star Hotel, claims its customers to receive nothing less than any 5 star hotel’s food and service. Locating in front of Tribhuwan International Airport, Café Atrium is Summit Residency’s glaze-roofed central court. It is the hotel’s main multi-cuisine food outlet which not only serves standard and room services but also, buffet lunch and dinner. Café Atrium can accommodate 40 people indoor and 25 in the outdoor lounge.
Surrounded by wall waterfall, the indoor lounge also has a see-through kitchen. To start with, one can order Chef’s Signature salad with a Thousand Island dressing.

Mouthwateringly, it is a blend of organic salad with assorted meat cuts of Chicken and bacon. Adorned with fresh herbs, the pan grilled Cajun chicken is another specialty of Café Atrium. It tastes more intense when combined with mashed or fried potatoes, vegetables and brown gravy. Beautifully presented Deep fried prawns are the pink prawns marinated in the traditional Hunan recipe. Juicy in the inside and crispy on the outside, it is just what you want for a delicious snack with loved one. Mr. Ashish Basnet, F&B Executive, also recommends Chowder soup for a happy tummy, which is made from puree of mushroom, tomato, spinach, sweet corn, served with fresh cream and garlic bread.

A Café without a special quality in its coffee line is like a cake without cream. In Atrium Café, especially Cappuccino is remarkable because more than half of it is foamy and creamy.
The thing that makes Atrium Café stand out is its carefully specialized menu including the most loved starters to outstanding desserts. Plus, it’s not only about the main food that has its name written in bold letters but also the complementary food items. Customers can enjoy complementary rice/bread that comes with traditional Indian curry without needing to ask.

Since its 4 years of establishment, Atrium Café has always been on toes to support Summit Residency’s in-house guests and walk-in guests. Because of nearby world heritage sites such as Pashupatinath and location opposite to Airport, it is a central destination for tourists; comprising of westerners and Indians as 60% customers. With an aim to be more familiar to Nepalese food lovers, Café Atrium opens its doors to welcome you. So, if you have an NRM card, hurry up as you can even get 30% off today and tomorrow.
